Welcome to Yale Fleet Management, your source for a variety of programs and services that support Yale's fleet of vehicles.  Our role is to provide Yale departments with resources and accessible online tools to assist them in managing their cars, vans, and trucks.    

Services we will provide include:   

• Gas reporting                                        
• Maintenance records
• Procurement and disposition of vehicles
• Parking violations
• Vehicle analytics 

As Fleet Management develops and grows, we may provide more programs and services.  For updated information, please keep an eye out for our quarterly newsletter or visit the Yale Fleet website, which goes live in the spring.  

We plan on launching several new services throughout the next 12 months.  Below is a timetable of services for 2012:  

 Yale Fleet Website - spring

• Fleet Management (FleetFocus) software launch - late spring
• Vehicle Maintenance Contracts - late summer
• Fuel Program - fall
